  Bit of a rough start, only one of 2 items that I ordered arrived. However the vendor stepped right up and delivered the other item after an excellent, and apologetic communication exchange. This is an example of superb customer service - helping to quickly resolve an issue. Other than the pricy shipping, I'm quite satisfied. Of note: the product was a bit hard from age, but a rubber mallet and a few precision whacks quickly took care of it - hammered back into powdered form. Thanks so much!

  Sent two messages looking for item weeks after the August 2024 purchase. Received response to second message apologizing and agreeing to send. Messaged again in Novmeber after hearing nothing and not receiving item. Received response saying seller could not locate item. Never had an experience like this since joining ebay 25 years ago.

  I purchased this on March 11. Still have not received the items. eBay is no help at all. Puts a real bad sign of buying anything on this site. When there is no help refunding your money !!! Very disappointed
