This is an example of superb customer service - helping to quickly resolve an issue. Other than the pricy shipping, I'm quite satisfied. Of note: the product was a bit hard from age, but a rubber mallet and a few precision whacks quickly took care of it - hammered back into powdered form. Thanks so much!
