  The shipping fell within the estimated delivery period, a bit on the late side but satisfactory. Seller was also generous with giving a small discount which was very nice. Packaging was adequate including bubble wrap. And the laptop came just as described in the pictures. Would recommend this seller whenever buying used items!

  I ordered 6 laptops in 2 different orders of 3 each. Of the 6 laptops, 5 came as described and 1 not working. Communication with the seller was excellent. They did everything possible to make it right on the non-working laptop. I would buy from them again and I would recommend them to others.
