    The shipment was processed quickly. It arrived fairly light. But the packaging was sent with little or no security. In an envelope without security. The original packaging was broken to the extreme. Sent to verify and it is working. We recommend improving the shipping. Willing to negotiate well. The product is of quality, I already have 4 units. It appears to be unused... The store class 8.5 out of 10 could improve. Electro Services of Puerto Rico

    Seller realized when preparing shipment color was not what was in listing. I appreciated the communication about this and the offer to cancel my order. I was okay with the color issue, and I have received my sandals and love them.
