  The product was as described - I assume a display model or something. It was brand new and for £20 compared to £47, I feel like I got more value for money. The packaging was also good - came inside an extra box and the postage was reasonable given the size and weight of the item. I am a happy customer.

  Item arrived on time and well packaged. Seller was very helpful and communicative throughout. Unfortunately, the mixer arrived with impact damage. Not the seller's fault, likely shipping damage. Would buy from this seller again.

  Quick shipment. Item did arrive with a couple of small pink stains despite having original packaging on it. I am fine with this since it will not affect use but should have been pictured/ mentioned.
