  We have a Heating & Cooling business. We have had an elderly couple that has had no heat for about 2 months now with a needed part that is on back order. I decided to come to eBay to try to find it. This store right here had this part on hand. I messaged this shop to ask questions, he was very fast at responding to my message. Great communication.   Had to wait 2 extra days for delivery because for some reason, a signature was required. would have been nice if it said that somewhere on the listing, but it didn't. not gonna leave negative feedback for it, but be aware that you will need to be home to sign for it even with usps ground shipping. other than that, item was as described and new.

  Takeoff came super fast. This was the only place I could find a 7in saddle takeoff too. Exactly as advertised. I recommend the seller and super fast shipping. They have some hard to find items in inventory compared to the local supply houses that require special accounts and won’t sell to public.
