We were are a Business located in Cincinnati Ohio. We are listed at HeadphonesSource LLC in the State of Ohio. We do collect Ohio sales tax. We are a seller of consumer electronics and computer accessories. Would have been open about 6 months and try to provide the best bust customer services possible to set us apart from the rest of the completion. We sell some new products but most are gently used or Refurbished. We would love to hear from you if you are looking for a product and want out help in finding it. We offer discounts on the more items you purchase on most listings. Obviously we specialize in Headphones Bluetooth, In ear Over ear you name it that's our bread and butter. Right now Jabra, Plantronics, JBL Jawbone, Sony and Sennheiser are our primary products we are selling.     A+ seller. Price was great, description was spot on, but the item was destroyed in transit due to circumstances. . Seller was extremely professional, and issued an immediate refund, didn’t even ask me to ship back the item so I didn’t even have to pay for that. . Was I disappointed, sure, but things happen and it cost me $0 so it doesn’t really get much better than that. Buy with confidence.

    It shipped quickly and I guess it was new when it shipped, but the packing left much to be desired. It was wrapped in just bubble wrap and a thin plastic shipping bag, so the box was absolutely mutilated when it arrived. It was smashed and broken open at the ends. It was to have been a gift so... yeah. I was sad since I'd specifically looked for one advertised as "new". I contacted the seller and they did offer to let me return it, but I opted to keep it and buy a different gift.

    During shipping, the boxed item was damaged. When I contacted the Seller, they immediately emailed me a return label. Communication was great, shipping was fast, and the item's damage happened during shipping. The issues were no fault of the Seller, however I requested a refund to avoid any further shipping problems. I would highly recommend this Seller.....A+++++

    The item was received in the same way it was illustrated, the shipment was not fast but it arrived on time, the item was well packaged and safe and arrived in excellent condition. Good article for its value.     Shipped incredibly fast. I got it before Friday! Im all the way in Hawaii! Condition is great, no damage to packaging, box, or headset. Everything is as described in the listing and the price was right! 10/10 seller if I could give more stars I would have!!!
