  Product protected with generous amount of bubble roll in shipping box. USPS tracking update was lagging on website, so I sent a message to the seller. Seller promptly responded in six minutes and assured me package had been picked up by USPS the day earlier. 1 lbs. 9 oz. box from Virginia arrived in California in less than a week after order was placed. I also want to thank the seller for free shipping.

  Giving 5.0 for the seller despite not receiving the item. The very next day I received an email telling me they were unable to locate the item after purchase. I’m sure this happens to all companies, and I commend the way they handled it. They certainly intended to fulfill the transaction professionally, and refunded my money quickly. Also, they sent me some batteries they had on hand for free.
