  Aside from the USPS folks sending my package on a tour of California mail facilities after it had already arrived at the proper one for processing/delivery, the pads are in perfect shape and the customer service was excellent. Hifiman is one of my favorite audio gear companies. Thanks for the pads!

  I absolutely love this pair, already planning to order a second pair for my dad's Christmas present. You can't really go wrong with HifiMan. They've been very easy to talk with as well and very helpful throughout the transaction process. Definitely recommend buying directly from them as they seem to always offer the cheapest price on the site. Although it's been sent from China, the delivery only took about 4-5 days including weekends.
