  The received item was in perfect condition. Some of the photos in the listing was a bit misleading. I "thought" I was getting the organizer and the "carpet liner" in one package. After re-reviewing the photos, I realized this was not the case. You guys might want to put more emphasis on that fact. "Carpet Liner NOT included...". The Harley-Davidson kit they sell comes with the liner and the organizer... but at $180. I can get a carpet liner for $75 and I'm still saving money. :)

  Item was held up for weeks by USPS. It was a Christmas gift but didn’t arrive in time. The seller sent a refund and shipping label to send it back. Good communication and honest seller.

  Item arrived on schedule, though by some off-brand delivery company called UniUni? One seal was creased inside the box, but no big deal, will pick up one local.

  Ordered. Then they told me nothing was left in stock and they had to cancel my order and refund.. tempted to give a neutral or negative feedback, but they were courteous with good communication and offers and a quick refund.
