    Arrived in good time, in lovely packaging and secure. Not yet tested but otherwise exactly as described. Good price. Also sent a nice invoice sheet which made the purchase feel more professional.

    Lorsque je contacte le vendeur pour demander un délai , il me dit que ce n’est pas son problème mais que c’est le transporteur . Une fois que je les informe que j’en ai vraiment besoin cette semaine , ils me conseillent la prochaine fois d’aller commander sur Amazon . Vendeur par professionnel , qui ne cherche meme pas à arranger les choses . Je ne recommande pas du tout et ne commanderait plus là bas . Jours de livraisons décalé de jour en jour et je n’ai toujours pas le produit .

    Ordered 22/07/25 Shipped same Day. (Delivered to GSP (Pitney Bowes) next day!) 5 Business days later on 29/07/25 we get Negative feedback and threatening messages. We apologise for not being able to deliver to the French Alps from the UK in 5 days using the Free P&P service that we provide at our own expense. Next time we will try to do better.     The remote control was delivered promptly but when I tried to use it on the TV it wouldn't work. The seller was extremely helpful in telling me how to check whether it was working and also offered to send me another one to try. It ensued that the TV was faulty. I would recommend this seller to anyone for his level of customer service.
