  One of the chairs arrived with a missing piece from the knuckle of the leg. The seller, who appeared helpful at first, refunded some money and offered at my suggestion to locate a missing piece. I believe he sold me the chairs knowing they were not in "good" condition as described. He never mentioned they may have been damaged in shipping. I believe he knew he was selling me a damaged chair. I suspect that is also why the seller does not accept returns. An overall extremely poor experience

  It has been one month since I purchased this item. As of today I haven’t received it. The seller hasn’t been able to confirm a shipping date. The seller has responded quickly to my emails. I am still hoping he will be able to get it to Texas.
