  First, this was the first purchase since I’ve moved. I messaged the seller the correct address and he told me that he couldn’t print a correct mailing label until I fixed my address in , that is the first star in his favor! Second original mailing said I wouldn’t get the package for another week, I got it today, star #2, finally the purchase was better than expected! Description said new inbox but the box was beat up. It ended up being completely new, star #3. Best seller I have bought from

  The seller is completely uncooperative. I have offered the seller to take a partial refund because I do not want to return the items and I’m willing to repair them. He is refusing @every turn to work with me on a partial refund &is only offering me a return option the option that I do not want to do which I have explain to him very clearly The Ernie ornament arrived, damaged his list, torn off from the bottom of his feet, which is not how pictured in the listing.This seller is a hassle to work

  Had a feeling this one might be trouble... Told me she had bought one before and it had arrived broken and it's very fragile (it's plastic). I always pack things to arrive safely, and I went above and beyond for her according to her exact wishes. She claimed it broke and wanted a partial refund... I offered a full refund/return. But she insisted on keeping them and threatened me with a negative if I didn't comply... So I got my first negative in 2 years. There are worse things I suppose.
