  At first they agreed to my requests to make a custom hat based off this listing. After receiving hat it wasn't quite the size or location of the embroidery I wanted. Asked seller if I could return and have it redone. He agreed. But said he couldn't send me a prepaid label for whatever reason so I followed the eBay return instructions which I paid for the label. Seller said he would give full refund including shipping label. Haven't heard from him since. Partial refund received and no new hat.

  This was suppose to be a present but now it won't be here on time. Seller took 6 days to even ship it and didn't answer the message I sent.
