  Purchased 8 items from seller, seller promised to combine shipping and refund any excess shipping. they said: "if you paid over i will issue you the refund...i will issue you the refund what ever you paid extra on shipping." Shipping total came to 88.23, they paid 14.18 and 6.34 to ship two packages. I overpaid 67.71 in shipping charges the seller promised to refund but now seller will not refund any of this amount. seller has ceased all communication.
