The communication was amazing, the packaging done with great care and thoroughly ensuring a safe delivery of my new mug.     Very pleased, item was as pictured and described, quality in perfect condition with no damage, appearance good the value in price was the best compared to others, communication was good with updates on dispatch with tracking, also offered both delivery or click and collect option which was excellent.     What a fantastic seller. Accidentally ordered 2hite instead of black, sent a message and my order was amended without issue. It was delivered the next day on Sunday. Couldn't be happier 10/10 seller, will be back.

    Incredible service! Replacement saucepan lid know ordered Friday and delivered to the Outer Hebrides and fitted to our saucepan in time for cooking Mondays lunch! Exactly as described and very securely packaged. Thankyou.

    The first delivery had a damaged outer gift packaging as no wrapping was included in the poly bag before posting; contacted Seller who replaced these tablemats by return. This was important as these (and the matching coasters) were purchased as a house warming gift). Lovely quality &design, these are not very often available in a 6-pack so happy to have purchased them. Great communications between the Seller & myself, fair price paid, happy to recommend this Seller for these and similar items.
