  I always check feedback before purchasing which is why I was surprised to be lied to about dispatching my intruder alarm I was told it was being dispatched the day after purchase which would of been Thursday no tracking given the following Monday I contacted seller to ask the tracking details they then sent them with apologies.Upon checking the item hadn’t been sent until that day which was Monday 4 days later saying they hadn’t received instructions until Saturday which I already knew was a lie

  Apologies about the delay; we normally always pack and dispatch on the day of the order; your parcel, being oh higher value, should have been booked with DHL courier rather than Royal Mail 48 as listed; hence the confusion and delay at our end; I trust you are still happy with the goods despite the 2 day delay, best regards, Harrison Lighting.
