    Item was new and excellent quality. Despatched and delivered promptly. Sadley pad was not as described. Description was 110cm long but was 80cm long when unpacked. Contacted Joanna, she was brilliant, tried to resolve my problem for me. I decided to return the pad, which was free of charge and I have recieved full refund. Lovely person to deal with, I would use Harness Lady again.

    Item as described, arrived very quickly and was well packaged, however it was not suitable for my pony and I had to return the item. The seller was excellent and dealt with refund very promptly
