  Unfortunately, the item was missing an arm. There really weren't enough pictures to have caught this. Sure, the seller said to zoom in and it was on the buyer to see/find any problems, so I guess on a technicality, it's not their fault. But more pictures could have prevented the unknown. The seller did offer a full refund, but I decided to still keep it so I didn't have to go thru the hassle of sending it back. It was packaged and shipped well & timely. Just a bummer it wasn't listed as broken.

  I received my bunny, he is absolutely adorable.☺ Looks just like the pictures with those sad little eyes. Seller also reached out to let me know they refunded part of the shipping. I received it quickly and well packaged too. Very happy with purchase, would recommend them.☺

  This item was shipped so quickly! The packaging was great for the item and the item was exactly as described. I’m very pleased with the price as when I looked elsewhere the price was very high.
