I contacted the seller because the description stated the picture may not be a true depiction of the product. I inquired about the actual item, and potential damage during shipping. The seller quickly responded with answers to my questions. My items arrived quickly and excellently packaged with extra care taken not bend or fold the gaskets. The quality of the gaskets was excellent, great condition. They appeared to have been stored properly.
