  The item came a little damaged, but I don’t blame the seller, rather the mailing process. He did wrap it with bubble wrap and was secured within the box. No damages to the product.   I recived my item, it wasn't exactly what I was looking for OEM, hower I am very pleased with this item. It arrived in New packaging as in picture. So far so good it works well with our PS3 unit. I really enjoy the fact that I have charging options with this controller. When I had an issue with my order, the seller was easy to communicate with, they made sure that I was satisfied to the best of their ability. If I need another replacement again in color options just as good as OEM, I'll be back
