When I received it, I realized I had mistakenly ordered the wrong item (no fault of the seller, it was exactly as described, but I just ordered the wrong thing).     The clipper guard arrived wrapped in bubble wrap in a plastic mailer. The guard was undamaged and seems to be new, even though it didn't come in the factory packaging. The appearance of the guard seems to be authentic Oster. Shipping was faster than expected. The price paid was fair. Overall Great Quality Seller!!
