  The package arrived well cushioned in bubble wrap, as well as the clear cellophane from the factory. It was sent in a stout cardboard box and arrived safely, apart from a small dent to one of the corners. This is purely cosmetic damage however, so not a problem. There was a lovely thank you note from the seller and a tiny origami heart, which was so cute. Thank you kind seller :) x

  As described, good communications, well packaged and a rapid delivery, especially as the item came from the other side of the world. It's also worth noting that even with the import tariff and VAT, it still works out a lot less expensive that buying from UK suppliers.

  Had a very minor hiccup with these brakes. Seller was very helpful and all was good. Brakes themselves were new in the box and lovely. Shipping from Japan was not much of a delay and no additional fees or tariffs were applied. All and all I would buy from this seller again without hesitation.Thanks!
