  New items were received as described in the advertisement. The cost for unit was very competitive and the quality of the product for the price paid is great. Although shipping was free, it was delivered few weeks earlier than the original expected date. I recommend use this seller for similar products.

  I ordered 4 items but initially only 1 was shipped. Seller offered 10% refund, then 25% refund and then offered to send the remaining 3 items. Upon arrival of the remaining 3 items the shipping date was prior to the arrival date of the first shipment containing only 1 item. It is not clear what happened but I eventually received all 4 items I ordered. I have no explanation why not all 4 items were not shipped initially as they are very small items.

  Item arrived damaged in transit. Primer hose "elbow" at carburetor base had punched through the thin bubblewrap and broke, likely from weight being put on top of the box by shipping company. Asked seller for full refund as the part isn't repairable and they refunded the entire price. Item could have been better packaged but I will give them credit for standing behind their product.
