Definitely not free shipping and the seller doesn't respond so I'm unable to get any help at all so the buyer is stuck with paying the shipping postage. Cannot recommend seller :(

It was not protected at all and was sent in a regular paper envelope. I didnt mind that, I figured the seller would send a replacement once i contacted him. I contacted the seller around 2 weeks ago, and again a week ago to see if there would be any resolution. Ive had no response. I'm very dissatisfied.
