  It was very positive experience with the seller. There was a shipping delivery but it was communicated very well. They reminded me about the duty and taxes which helped me to prepare ahead of time. Receiving process was seamless. Item was just as described. Brand new, authentic genuine product came in sealed box. Device appearance was perfect. Product worked very well. No damages noted.   Very fast shipping, customs was correct. I ended up receiving a different manufacturer, so instead of emTek, I received a GALAX gpu. They communicated this very clearly to me so I wasn't annoyed or anything. This ended up actually being an upgrade for me so I was pretty thrilled. The box was new like it said and also works well so far. I'm pretty happy with them since it was super fast shipping, good packaging, and I actually got a working gpu.
