  Item was in decent condition for a used faceplate. Definitely had more wear on it than the faceplate pictured but acceptable for a used product and met the description. New screen section of the faceplate was perfect. It fit perfectly and was packaged well. Fast shipping! Great seller! Would buy from again.

  This guy is the BEST eBay seller hands down! The dude answered all the questions I had and even took personal requests to help make my husband's birthday special. The PSP basically looked brand new and amount of games is INSANE. My husband joked about never needing another game system for the rest of his life.   I would give 10 stars if I could. The psp itself is in great condition but I had some trouble with the cfw that I wasn't sure how to troubleshoot. I messaged the seller and they took a few hours out of their day to help me figure out the issue and solve it. I'm always wary of buying electronics from ebay but I can guarantee this seller is genuine in their products and their service to the buyer. Thank you so much!

  Item shipped quickly but took some time to arrive (due to my country's postal service). I had some issue with the console I received but seller was quick to respond to my issues & offer solutions. In the end, I chose to refund the console. I still recommend this seller!
