  Very pleased, exactly as described and shown in picture ! The specific item condition was New without tags, I received the item without the original packaging, but it was in excellent condition, and wrapped in bubbled plastic, zero damage, considering how small and sensible the item is.

  Received damaged item. It also had sharp residue diff areas. Quality is fair and stained colors. I messaged their sales department for a return and upon providing detailed photos of the pvc Azur Lane St Louis figure. I was offered a full refund. Very straight forward and hasle free department as long as you can proof your claim. Shipping took a while and it's nice to know their Sales Rep will do their best to find a solution. (Maybe I got lucky, experiences may vary) I'll reorder and try again.

  arrived a bit earlier than expected!! super soft yet firm, brightly-coloured, and adorable. the packaging it came in was also wrapped firmly and nice and in bubble wrap to keep akechi safe~! very worth price and wait! thank you so much ^_^
