  Shipping was good. However, the item I ordered was a large and seller sent a small. I immediately messaged the seller with pictures and they were so great in communication. They apologized and refunded the order no questions asked, they even told me to keep the item. Sadly it doesn’t fit me, I’ll be donating. This was my first return in all of eBay and although I did not get what I wanted/purchased I’m so glad that the return/refund was so smooth and happened with a good honest seller.Thx U!

  This seller didn’t send my item for over a week after it was ordered. When I asked about shipment time, they claimed they sent the item and called me “verbally abusive” for insinuating that they were lying. The item was NEVER sent and they ended up canceling the order the following day and sent me a long message attacking my character. It was an insane response from a seller. Very confusing.
