  Item arrived as described. Unfortunately I didn't see in pictures that the two shoulder pads were actually different thicknesses/firmness and not just different colors, but I plan on replacing them anyways when I get a frame. Box wasn't in great condition on arrival. Overall, you get what you pay for, and this pack is for sure worth the $30 I paid. If this seller does not respond within a couple days, message them again. They probability saw your message but forgot to respond.
