  I’m based in Australia and to be honest I was a little skeptical about making this purchase (in general). Went with this seller based on feedback & photos. Have to say seller was very prompt & helpful in answering all my questions. Item arrived well packaged & was received in just under two weeks from placing order. The Pom Pom was exactly as described/pictured. The entire purchase/process well exceeded my expectations and I would definitely recommend seller/product 🙂

  Seller loterally accepted the order and tracking was available, then a week later gave me a refund as it wasn't available? Horrible business model as it was expected as per their shipping details for a photoshoot. Now do not have time to find replacement and model canceled as thus was outfit they wanted. I lost not only the item that I paid for but the business I was counting on. Horrible business model Do not trust!

  I’m truly sorry for the inconvenience you experienced. Unfortunately, your package was returned by customs during shipment, Sometimes these situations happen unexpectedly and are beyond anyone’s control.I learned about this, I issued you a full refund and also offered to send you a free hat in the same design as an apology. I sent messages explaining the situation, but I understand it’s possible they were missed. i always to make sure my customers are happy, I sincerely apologise for trouble.
