  Package took 3 weeks to arrive from date ordered, which put it after the latest estimated delivery date. Shipping may have been delayed due to weather though. Items were new in packaging, as described. The sets of 5 tenugui were packaged individually and included an information sheet in each that shows 6 uses (all in Japanese, but with step-by-step illustrations). The set of 10 tenugui came together in one package without any information sheet. Happy with my order, thank you! Will shop again.

  The package arrived from Japan in great condition. I have no complaints about any aspect of this transaction, especially with the communication. The seller was both professional and courteous. Unfortunately, the recent tsunami delayed delivery, but that’s hardly the seller’s fault. A+

  The towels are beautiful. I really like the material and the quality of the fabric as well as the patterns. I don't regret my purchase at all. The product is very well explained in the photos.
