  Communication started well, with rapid responses until I paid. Then I had to chase & chase. Hanaa was polite when prompted, but the delivery dates passed, so I chased again, and was sent an unsolicited WhatsApp by the engineer, without warning this was going to happen. Seemed very dodgy, so raised a claim with eBay to get my money back. I'm not sure why it's felt to be acceptable to leave people without info or updates (or the item!) When they cost so much.

  The bike was advertised as used. Once I finally received the videos after I paid over £1K, it became obvious that the bike wasn’t as described. It sounded like an aeroplane taking off, which is suggestive of many issues. This experience was a waste of my time and money. The seller did communicate throughout and I was issued with a full refund!!! I wouldn’t buy a bike from these people. Be careful.

  Very pleased with my spin bike, excellent customer service. I needed a spare part which was sent out quickly alongside a video of how to fit. Really happy, great seller.
