I found an issue with mine as it did not come with a memory card that was shown in the listing, so I contacted the seller and they refunded me an amount to acquire a memory card on my own. It was packaged with great care and arrived sooner than I’d expected; that was a treat as the estimated delivery date had been Halloween for me, and instead it came a few days early. Better yet: it functions and plays just perfect. Cannot recommend this seller enough!
