  Box was damaged and covered with bar code stickers. It was sent damaged as outer packaging was not damaged. Seller obviously did not send the item listed as photos in the listing do not show any damage, nor was damage mentioned in the description. This was present for my grandson so I had to buy replacement. I contacted seller but never got response to my first message, only when I sent another message advising seller that I intend to leave negative feedback. Looking forward to sellers excuse..

  What a lovely experience this purchase has been, when it arrived it was well made but didn't release as much mist I required, I contacted Jo and she was so helpful and offered me a return for free labe and a sincere apology. The apology is from me as it works perfectly I hadn't set it up correctly so I recommend this company very highly. A+++ For a pleasant transaction.
