  Shipping and packaging were fine. Value was fine. 1st problem was that the item wasn't Woodsmoke scent as advertised, but instead vanilla bean caramel biscotti. Like those are even close to the same scent. But the worst part is after contacting the seller with pictures of the wrong item, I never get a single response at all! I wanted to give them a chance to make it right, but it looks like they couldn't care less. Don't give them your money.

  Advertised printer as new in original packaging. It came and even though in the description it says includes ink it came w none. There is an error code on printer which I'm hoping is due to no ink. Contacted seller about there being no ink and they pretty much said oh well. I could have bought the same printer for same price from a other seller that actually did come w ink had they not falsely advertised this one. Photo taken directly from their ad.

  The Keyboard case received was exactly as advertised, and in "good" used condition. It works perfectly. Shipping was prompt and VERY speedy. It was very well packed. I am completely satisfied and would certainly buy from this seller again!
