Il supporto tecnico è disponibile e ci piace parlare con le persone e aiutarle a risolvere i loro problemi di illuminazione. Spediamo dal lunedì al venerdì e abbiamo un servizio di un giorno disponibile sulla maggior parte degli articoli. Col passare del tempo aumenteremo la nostra offerta oltre le forniture di illuminazione e speriamo di offrire tutto ciò che vendevamo nel nostro vecchio negozio originale ad un certo punto.

Awesome seller! Very knowledgeable. All of my questions were answered thoroughly and quickly. The description was detailed and accurate. Their packaging skills were great, including the sufficient "fragile" endorsements on the outer packaging, so that my high quality purchase of hard to find items arrived in perfect condition. I received what I paid for, and then some. My order included a free gift. That has only happened a handful of times from any seller on this site. Thank you yet again.

THANK YOU FOR THE KIND WORDS they made our day. WE can't always send free gifts for various reasons; but, we try to send free flashlights to those who got hit by hurricanes and tornadoes; we are victims of the 2011 tornadoes and a couple of microbursts in later years. I worked with engineers at Duro-test during my 11 years as Sr. Sales rep for the state of Alabama; picked up wisdom; so, we do free lighting tech support - we have a toll free 800 number that eBay should give you if you ask for it.

The PURPLEST C7 lights I've ever seen -- ALL my family & friends that have viewed 'em displayed agree (many of whom are LSU & Mardi Gras fans)!!! Super job by this Stellar Seller to get them out FAST & SAFE -- the Packaging job was Superb. Took the time to print instructions on the outside of this well labeled box on the best way to open. Thanks for the other "Goodies" included along with a Heads Up on the future availability of these bulbs to light up my Holidays. Will be purchasing more ASAP.
