  Brand new item, exactly as described. Shipping prompt and relatively fast, considering it came from Australia. Didn’t need communication, so can’t speak to that, but no complaints otherwise.

  Would not purchase from this seller again. They marked the item as shipped without providing tracking, but nothing was sent. I patiently waited two weeks (same city) with no delivery. Sent messages - no response. Only after I opened a "not received" case did they actually post the item with tracking. A complete waste of time. I cannot recommend this seller. Many other reviews like this - should have checked before ordering.

  The product is exactly as promised. I was a bit surprised by the length of time it takes surface mail to get to the USA from Australia. Having said that, it wouldn't stop me from buying again from this person.
