    Exactly as pictured and described, promptly shipped, and quick replies when asking about the item. The wrapping might have been too much and too safe, which is never a bad thing. Great seller!

    Great seller and great communication skills.In the description it said the product is not tested and may not work but the seller is willing to provide a refund and pay for the delivery.The product didn't work so I contacted the seller to work something out they were super helpful and they didn't even ask me to send the product back and they gave me a refund,which was really nice of them great seller I would really recommend buying from them.

    all good no complaints ,ps5 controller with various marks bitemarks but fully working ,accurate description by seller ,just had to charge it up and it worked ,very reasonably priced free postage ,came well wrapped fast delivery ,would use this seller again A1
