  Item arrived badly packed so that the flimsy cardboard box belonging to item was torn and crumpled. It was intended as a gift and can't be given in that condition. Seller slow to respond but after my second message they explained they didn't have another box to replace it with so item will now be returned for a full refund. Having problem photographing it at the moment so cannot complete request for refund till that's sorted. (Photo requested by eBay to show damage).
