    When this was delayed more than 2 weeks the seller gave me a full refund. When It finally arrived the seller told me to keep it and didn't ask for my refund to be returned. This seller did the right thing even if the problem wasn't his fault. I'll buy from him again. A+++

    The book is a good read and I would recommend to anyone. It arrived in good condition and is a great value for price. However, the customer service is excellent. There was a difficulty with shipping and the seller was very responsive in a very timely manner. I would purchase from this seller again. Kudos to thinking about customer service first and foremost. Thank you.

    Great customer service. The item was damaged during shipping (by no means the seller's fault, something heavy smashed the package in half) and the seller made it right immediately. I will definitely look to buy from them again. Thanks!
