  I had a good experience with the seller. Item was packed and shipped to my place in the USA in less than a week. Seller forgot to send the power adapter but he quickly responded to my message and had it shipped out within the hour. Item looks and works as described.   Smooth transaction, shipping OK but not very fast (18 days from Japan to south of France), I do not complain as it was free shipping. Good communication. Item arrived very well packed and as described. I strongly recommend this seller.

  Incredible product at a very fair and decent price. Perfectly as described with no flaws or faults. Flawless and well protected packaging. Postage however “free” was incredibly misleading. Would throughly recommend for domestic buyers (Japan) only. International custom charges were ridiculously expensive. (£80!)UK buyers Be warned. Otherwise the seller was very fair and polite with all other aspects of shipping/selling. Would recommend all international sales have an upfront fee for postage.

  Item arrived as described... I feel I must add that at one point I got concerned as it took a month to get here, and the tracking system is useless. According to the tracker the item arrived in the US before it left Tokyo. I've had packages from Japan arrive in 3 or 4 days so the issue probably lies with the shipping company they use. The seller is very courteous and professional, and I would do business with him again. Thank you

  Sax was well packed and exactly as described. The shipment arrived 2 days after purchasing from Japan to New Jersey. Exceptional quality horn, which is getting a slight overhaul to bring it back to life. Exceptional saxophone, speed of shipping, and total cost. Thanks!
