  Agreed to the price and the cost of the freight charges. Ordered on January 16th and asked if I would get it by a deadline I needed to meet in early February; seller responded and said it would ship out by then. Never shipped out. Requested a refund February 6 before the return window of February 11th would close and it was denied with no further explanation or communication if it was shipped or shipping soon. Asked eBay to step in. Got my refund.

  Has not shown up with in the time frame and still says awaiting shipment. Ive tried to contact the seller and no response. I have a customer waiting on this part to be able to complete their repair. Also this is the second one Ive purchased as the first one was defective with no refunds.
