  This company is fantastic to work with. They are quick to communicate if there s an issue and endeavor to solve your problem. When I initially got the chair, a part was missing, and they shipped it out quickly. The chair, unfortunately, didn t pan out for me, and I didn t think they d allow a refund. They graciously allowed a return, which was something I didn t expect. If you ve felt unsure if this is the chair for you, it won t hurt you at all to give it a try!

  The product is exactly as described. Shipping was faster than estimated. At first I was skeptical because the listing didn’t show model numbers or any specific information other than what was featured in the images but the chair cam in a factory box and was exactly what was described. Great transaction! I’m very happy with the overall quality of the chair.

  Packaged arrived damaged through no fault of the seller. However the seller promptly sent me a replacement and kept me updated on the progress of shipping the replacement. Excellent customer service!!!
