  Arrived at my door in a week after shipment, arrived wrapped up in bubble wrap and all precautions were taken to ensure safe delivery of my product. Item was as described and got a great machine at a great price point ! Would definitely buy from them again and would recommend them as a tech company offering quality products.

  Shipped quickly and as described except for possibly one thing. It really seems like the speakers have a bit of a crackle to them but it's subtle enough I can't tell 100% they aren't sounding right. Kind of annoying at times but as I'm not positive they are defective I did not attempt to contact the seller about it, nor would I have really expected them to catch the issue. Given this and being otherwise very happy with the purchase, definitely would recommend the seller.

  Item was just as described. Was missing the power cord but I had one laying around so no problem with that. The item is working great and is in good working condition. Shipping was fast and it was extremely well packed which is something I really appreciate! Great seller!

  Item was mostly as described. Found it doesn't have a camera and the battery is shot, but the seller gave an appropriate refund to compensate and they had great, prompt communication. Was packed very well, shipped quickly, and was a pretty good value. Thanks!

  Good seller, quick shipping with fantastic packaging (bubble wrap, etc). Item was a bit dirty inside but otherwise not too bad and received what was described. Good value.
