    I have not installed the item yet or even pulled them out of the box, but the condition of the boxes are excellent so there doesn't seem to be any damage in transit ( at least not on the outside of the box) and the shipping seemed to be pretty fast. I really don't anticipate any problems at all but the seller has a good reputation so I think any problems that might arise will be taken care of, thanks gsunnyrtech!

    I bought two one arrived first and a few days later the other arrived but was broken so I contacted eBay and the company quickly sent me the replacement I'm very happy the oil heaters work great and they were priced well the replaced one looked great thank you. It was wrapped securely with no damage. My wife and I are very satisfied with the oil heaters we are no longer cold when sleeping or watching a movie on television. They both perform as the specifications indicate thank you again. Jesus

    The AC unit arrived ahead of schedule, was well packaged, and exactly as advertised. Installation went well and the unit is performing as expected. This is second ApooDr I have purchased from this seller and the first one has been in almost constant use with no problems. Great to buy from.
