  The buyer sent the wrong (newer) thermostat that would not pair with my receiver, so I could not use the thermostat initially. BUT the ESI helpline gave me easy-to-follow instructions to fit the receiver that came with the thermostat, so that it worked, and the buyer also offered me a refund if I wanted to return the product. It took me more time to get the product to work than expected, but l now have a better thermostat, so l have given 5 stars.
