I reached out to them and requested a refund, TWICE, and have not had a response other than "What's your problem." I also reached out to Yonka the company and found out that the product was not in fact NOT discontinued. This company is dishonest and I would never order from them again.

When I reached out, they just copied and pasted the same tracking information showing the package last seen in Indianapolis on September 23rd — no real answers, no effort to resolve the issue. It was supposed to arrive by October 9th, and now it’s nowhere to be found. This has been a terrible experience. I’m extremely disappointed and will never purchase from eBay again
