These delays are so bad it has been aired in Yahoo Business news, MSN News and CBS News, there was even a legal investigation opened by the State Dept. You also chose the Free ECONOMY shipping which is 10-14 BUSINESS Days, and you refused the upgraded Priority Shipping option. All of this is clearly posted in the listing description.
