  The guitar came way before expected. It was well packed in a white foam box, not a cardboard box as I expected. The finish of the guitar is quite good — not 100%, but really, really good for the price. It was well set up and playable. I changed the strings and it sounded even better. Plugged in, it sounds fantastic. The tuners work fine, no quality issues, but I think I will change them someday. I already love this guitar and I’m really happy with the purchase.   The article arrived in vry good condition. However, the delivery man asked me to pay extra cash whereas I had already paid for everything on ebay. Not my idea of a pleasant experience....

  Excellent customer service at Grote guitar. They're very pleasant and polite and we're very communicative to me about the delays in shipping. The packaging was amazing. The guitar arrived safely. And it's gorgeous except for one flaw in the pickguard.

  Guitar arrived earlier than expected and was packaged very well. I am very impressed by the quality of the instrument at this price. It differs slightly from the one in the pictures in that there is a rectangular plate with the jack socket and the f- holes are bound - both pleasant surprises. Also, the truss rod access cover is slightly different. The gloss finish could have been buffed a bit more but this is being super critical. Played really well after a tune up with no adjustments necessary.
